Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) already had a thriving student portal when they contacted Novotronix in early 2010. However, they recognised that user uptake could increase as a result of having a more user friendly consistent user interface with enhanced content and functionality (including tabbed webparts and scrolling announcements).
Working in partnership, the student portal was redesigned & relaunched and resulted in a significant increase in user access.
