Novotronix are pleased to announce that they will be hosting a technology awareness session in conjunction with Microsoft’s education team.

The session will be based at Shelfield Academy near Walsall in the West Midlands and will feature a number of practical demonstrations of how technology is being used within a school environment.

The agenda will include:

- An overview of Microsoft’s technology roadmap for education including Office 365 and Live@Edu

- A demonstration of a Learning Platform built using SharePoint 2010

- A demonstration of Lync and how this can deliver benefits in a school environment

- A demonstration of how Shelfield Academy are embedding 3D learning technology into their teaching curriculum

- An overview of Microsoft software licensing and then optional one to one sessions to discuss this further
