Project Sites

One of the more common requirements that we come across is the sharing of information across project teams.  In many cases members of the team are geographically dispersed yet still need to ensure they have access to the most up to date versions of project documentation and related information

Solution

Building on top of the standard Intranet solution we provide a suite of custom templates which can be used to co-ordinate projects.  These templates include project documentation management, issue tracking, risk tracking and management, contact lists and calendar information.

Additional functionality can be added for more advanced project reporting and roll ups to view the status of multiple projects at any one time.
